City Blocks v1.3 - Visual Improvements

Hello everyone,

the game has received an update. In general the visuals of the game have been revised, to make it hopefully look more interesting.

The update contains also a lot of background improvements like the update to a new Unity version and the use of a scriptable render pipeline. This background work was done with a potential release of the game for other platforms like Android in mind.

I tried to test everything to make sure nothing is broken. Nevertheless if you run into any bugs, please let me know. As always any other feedback is highly appreciated, too!
